Order Processing and Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another e-mail notification when your order has shipped.

Once the order has shipped, shipping times can vary based on your location within the U.S. At the moment shipping times might be delayed by the ongoing pandemic. Shipping carriers are facing exceptionally high demand. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $7.99 flat-rate domestic shipping.
All orders over $99 are eligible for free shipping.

Orders to Canada are calculated at checkout.
At the moment we do not ship internationally.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ampato Coffee is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@ampatocoffee.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
We can ship to PO boxes as well as APO and FPO with no problems via USPS, within the United States.
