We send you an order confirmation right after you have placed your order. Once it has shipped you will receive another notification via email.

We try to ship as fast as possible, most of the time changes are requested, the parcel has already left our doors. In general, we never change orders, if the order has not left yet, we will cancel it instead and you can place a new order with the changes you need.

If you catch a mistake right after you have placed an order, please contact us at hello@ampatocoffee.com and we will try our best to cancel the order before it is shipped so you can order again.

We try to ship within 24 hours, usually, this means a cancellation request comes in after we have already shipped your order. If it has not shipped yet, we will do our best to cancel it before it has left the warehouse.

Please keep in mind that you can always return your purchase within the first 30 days should you not be happy with it.

Shipping within the US is a flat fee of 7.99 USD. Orders that are over 99 USD ship for free.

Shipping costs to Canada are calculated at checkout. Please understand that all orders to Canada might incur additional customs fees.

We try to ship within 1-2 business days. So within the continental US shipping time is about a week. Orders to Canada can take 2 weeks and longer.

The black coating is made out of food-safe Teflon. This is done so the kettle can be used on all heat sources, other coatings tend to change color or peel off after time. The water never comes into contact with the Teflon, the whole inside of the kettle and the spout is food-grade stainless steel.

About 2 cups worth or 500ml/17floz if you use the included stainless steel filter. If you place a common Hario or Kalitta filter on top you can push it up to 3 Cups or 750ml/25.5floz.

1. Heat water in your Ariq Kettle

2. Ground coffee to a medium-coarse grind (around ⅛ cup per 1 cup of coffee)

3. If using a paper filter, rinse the filter with hot water 

4. Place coffee in the filter

5. Pour a little bit of hot water over the coffee, let it bloom for around 30 seconds

6. Pour the remaining hot water over the coffee in a circular motion until you have reached the amount of coffee you want to drink

7. Pan coffee in your glass vessel to distribute the flavor goodness

8. Enjoy!

This varies and depends heavily on your own preferences. A could starting point is ⅛ cup of medium-coarse coffee per cup (250ml/8.5floz) of coffee.

All products should be hand-washed with mild detergent. The Qanchis stainless steel filter with base is dishwasher safe.

Within the first 30 days of your purchase, you can return all products now questions asked. If you already used them, we would kindly ask you to clean everything and send it back in the original packaging.
